Jacob

Jacob (guitar, harmonica) popped out of the womb bearded and ready to rock.  As a co-founder and original rhythm guitarist for Yardsale, he helped to confuse a slew of uninterested drinkers whilst co-writing and singing hits such as "Jerry Lee" and "You Drive a Truck." Jacob disappeared from view following a horrific book-related accident in December 2004, after which he was presumed dead. Most scholars refer to this period as Jacob's "dead weekend."

A couple of years later, "The General", as he insisted people call him, began to reappear with increasing frequency, sometimes to sing a song or two, sometimes to play a whole set, and sometimes just to heckle the rest of Yardsale. He has since returned, beard intact, to full-time active duty, better than ever, and ready to take twang to strange new places.
